For some reason, the whale sharks left in the middle of the season this year. Could be the water temperature, natural cycles or human acts around the sea. Luckily, in the bay of La Paz, they are protected having an area only for them tu use, and an other were only certified boats, captains and guide with special permits can access to, with very strict rules. Now several of them are back to feed in the area, and few boats are allowed to take people to admire them 🙌. God and Us save the Sharks and their environment 🙏

Seriously. This whale was following our bout for almost 2 hours, playing with us, laughing with us and exchanging love non stop. It’s hard to understand, it’s hard to process, but those wild creatures surprise us & teaches us something new every day. Long live the whales!!

Les presentamos a “Tlacoyo”. La primera vez que fue registrado en el area de La Paz fue en 2018, cuando la bióloga @marix_sea le puso este nombre. Dos años después fue herido en su aleta dorsal seguramente por una propela, pero pudo sobrevivir y seguir regresando a alimentarse a la zona del Mogote 🙏 🙌.
