Cancelations made 3 days prior to the adventure will be charged 20% of the adventure cost + taxes to your credit card stated in this file.
Adventures include but are not limited to surf lessons, hiking or town tours, swimming with sea lions and or whale sharks, boat trips, sportfishing, bike rentals, land transportation, day trips.
No shows are responsible for 100% of activity fees.
Cancelations made within 24 hours of the adventure will be responsible for 100% of the activity fee.
Only cancelations due to weather conditions carry no penalty.

No charges are made to the credit card until the day of the expedition unless there is a cancelation or no-show. Payments can be made with a credit card or cash.
